Everything you need to know about BreakLogic
Getting Started

What is BreakLogic?

BreakLogic is a sports card app that shows you real sold prices from eBay for cards across multiple sets and sports. Whether you're buying into a break, running your own, or just tracking card values, BreakLogic gives you the data you need in one place.

Who is BreakLogic for?

Anyone interested in sports cards. If you want to know what cards are worth before buying into a break, BreakLogic shows you. If you're a breaker pricing team slots, the calculator does the math for you. If you just want to browse card values across sets, that's here too.

Is BreakLogic free?

BreakLogic is free for a limited time during our early access period. Create an account now and get full access to all features — card sets, prices, the break calculator, and price trends. Pricing details will be announced before any changes take effect.

What sports and sets are available?

Football, basketball, and baseball. We cover popular sets like Topps Chrome, Donruss Optic, Prizm, and more. New sets are added regularly as products release. Each set includes all case hits.
Browsing Cards & Prices

Where do the prices come from?

Every price comes from actual eBay sold listings — real transactions between real buyers and sellers. We show the most recent sold price, along with the low, high, and number of sales. These aren't estimates or book values, they're what people actually paid.

What's the difference between Raw and PSA 10?

Raw is the price for an ungraded card — what you'd pull from a pack. PSA 10 is the price for a card graded a perfect 10 by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator). PSA 10 cards typically sell for significantly more, so seeing both helps you understand the potential upside of a card.

How often are prices updated?

Prices are updated automatically on a regular schedule. Some sets update daily, others every few days depending on how active the market is. You can see when each subset was last checked — it's shown right next to the subset name.

What is the Top 10?

The Home page shows the 10 most valuable cards across all sets and sports. It's a quick way to see the biggest cards in the hobby right now. Tap any card to jump directly to it in the full card set view.

Can I see how prices have changed over time?

Yes. Cards with price data have a chart icon next to them. Tap it to see a price history graph showing how the value has changed over time, with dates from actual eBay sales. It's a great way to spot trends — whether a card is heating up or cooling down.

What are subsets?

Subsets are groups of cards within a product. For example, 2025 Topps Chrome might have subsets like Kaiju, Ultra Violet, Game Genies, and Fanatical. Each subset has its own list of cards with individual prices. Tap a subset to expand it and see all the cards inside.
Break Calculator

What is the Break Calculator?

The Break Calculator generates fair team slot prices for sports card breaks. It looks at the actual value of cards each team has across your selected sets, factors in your costs and profit target, and outputs a price per team. Teams with more valuable cards cost more, teams with less cost less.

How are team prices calculated?

A proprietary algorithm developed to use real prices of case hits to determine team prices. Your costs, profit target, and platform fees are factored in, and the result is rounded to the nearest $5 so prices are clean and easy to sell.

What are presets?

Presets save your calculator configuration — which sets you selected, your costs, profit, and platform. Name it something like "Saturday Chrome Break" and load it later with one tap instead of re-entering everything. You can save up to 20 presets.

What platforms are supported?

Whatnot and Legends are built in with their commission rates. You can also add custom platforms or choose "No Platform" if you're selling directly. The calculator accounts for platform fees so your team prices cover your actual costs.

Can I copy the results?

Yes. There's a "Copy All" button at the top of the team prices list. It copies every team and price to your clipboard in a clean format, ready to paste into a break listing or social media post.
Account & App

How do I set up Face ID or Touch ID?

After logging in, look for the Face ID / Biometrics option in the app. Tap it and your device will prompt you to register. After that, you can log in with just your face or fingerprint instead of typing your password each time.

Can I switch between dark and light mode?

BreakLogic defaults to dark mode for a sleek look that's easy on the eyes. If you prefer a lighter interface, tap the sun icon in the top right corner to switch to light mode. Tap the moon icon to switch back. Your preference is saved automatically.

Can I use BreakLogic on my phone?

Absolutely. BreakLogic is built mobile-first and works on any phone, tablet, or desktop browser. On iPhone, you can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience — tap the share button in Safari and choose "Add to Home Screen."

Is my account secure?

Yes. Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text. Sessions expire after 24 hours for your protection. If you use Face ID or Touch ID, your biometric data never leaves your device — it stays in your phone's secure hardware.
